  2. Deadlift to Lunge (Right)
  3. Reverse Lunge Hold (Right)
  4. Hinge Swing + Rack + Squat Single Arm Press (Left)
  5. Deadlift to Lunge (Left)
  6. Reverse Lunge Hold (Left)
  7. Wide Squat w+ Bicep Curls
