6 exercises – 5 round to build, 5 rounds to take apart. Always start with Exercise 1 when building and exercise 6 when taking apart.

  1. Figure 8 Burpee
  2. Squat Swing + Switch
  3. Lateral Lunge with Side are Raise (R)
  4. Lateral Lunge with Side are Raise (L)
  5. Squat Hold Alternate shoulder press to double press
  6. Side to side burpees
