Pyramid Workout
Every exercise is 30 seconds each. Each round you add one exercise until you are preforming 6 in a row. Then you start to build down, take the first exercise off each round
  1. Squats with Alternating Arnold Press
  2. Reverse Lunge hold hammer Curls
  3. Deadlift to upright row
  4. Push Up to T Pulls
  5. Tricep Skull Crushers
  6. Single Chest Press
