40/20 Circuits 
Note: The finisher does add a wee bit of time – so if short on time – drop the finisher. 
 
Circuit 1:
2 hammers + 2 Shoulder Presses
Deadlift to 2 lateral squats 
Plank Jacks / Taps
Squat Surfers
 
Circuit 2:
2 fly’s + 2 tricep straight backs
Reverse Pulse Lunges
Bridge crunches
Frog Jumps
 
Circuit 3:
Push Up to shoulder tap
Fire Hydrant Kicks
Side Plank with DB Pull overs
DB jump to Burpees
 
Finishers – repeat all three cardio’s @ 30 seconds x 2.
