* FYI – I had a little helper for this workout – I may stop during some exercises – but I am still explaining – so you keep going! Other issues : someone tried to FaceTime during this workout – again , keep going and two – camera almost fell down – just keep going 🙂
 20-20-20 – Complex Build
Each move is 20 seconds – with very little rest. Circuits are performed on one side x 3 and then opposite side x 3. 
 
Circuit 1:
1. Right Arm – Hinged Rows
2. Right Arm – Swings
3. Right Side Squat Thrusters
 
Circuit 2:
1. Left Arm – Hinged Rows
2. Left Arm – Swings
3. Left Side Squat Thrusters
 
Circuit 3: 
1. Right Side – Twist & Tap
2. Right Side – Chops
3. Right Side – Full Sit up & Press
 
Circuit 4: 
1. Left Side – Twist & Tap
2. Left Side – Chops
3. Left Side – Full Sit up & Press
 
Circuit 5:
1. Right Side: Knee Plank – Fly’s
2. Right Side: Knee Plank – Straight Arm Triceps Kicks
3. Right Side: Kneeling Glute Bridge Swing Curls
 
Circuit 6:
1. Left Side: Knee Plank – Fly’s
2. Left Side: Knee Plank – Straight Arm Triceps Kicks
3. Left Side: Kneeling Glute Bridge Swing Curls
