Time Drop Strength Workout
Ok – so my mic malfunctioned and the sound is terrible. But I like this workout so much that I wanted to post it anyways. I hope my demo’s and yelling out my countdown works!!
Circuit One:
Deadlift + Clean Squat Press
Staggered Hip Hinge Swings (R)
Reverse Lunge + Single Deadlift (R)
Circuit Two:
Skater Taps Chops
Staggered Hip Hinge Swings (L)
Reverse Lunge + Single Deadlift (L)
Circuit Three:
Push Up KB Taps
Sit Up Twist (R)
Sit Up Twist (L)
Circuit Four:
Squat Pulse Clean
Single Arm Row + Tap Upright Row (R)
Single Arm Row – Tap Upright Row (L)
