1. Single Leg Deadlift

2. Lateral Hops

3. Bent over rows

Circuit Two

1. Full Chop Sit up

2. Pop Up to Swings

3. Single Arm Fly’s

Circuit Three

1. Single Arm Clean to Squat Thruster

2. Pop Down Presses

3. Bicep Curls

Circuit Four

1. Bow & Arrow

2. Pop Up Shoulder Presses

3. Chest Presses

Finisher – Squats & Fast Feet
