This workout is a HIIT (Cardio + Strength) Active Mins workout. This one will test you as it has very little rest. 

Each circuit will have one strength exercise – completed for 60 seconds, followed immediately by 30 seconds of cardio. Repeat this 2x with no break. Then 30 seconds break and finish the circuit with 1 last round. 

Circuit 1:

  1. Forward Lunge to side squat clean
  2. Pop downs

Circuit 2: 

  1. Push Up + Kneeling press x 2
  2. Wide Mountain Climbers

Circuit 3:

  1. Squat walks + Cleans
  2. Skater Chops

Circuit 4: 

  1. Bow & Arrow
  2. Burpee Presses
