This workout is a HIIT (Cardio + Strength) Pyramid workout. 6 exercises performed at 30 seconds each. Each round you add on 1 exercise (2 if it’s left and right) until you have all 6 exercises. Then you take off exercises until you’re back to 1.

  1. Hinge, swing, rack + Press
  2. Pulse for 2 + 2 press jacks
  3. Reverse lunge bicep curls + upright row
  4. Side lunge to knee lift + press (right)
  5. Side lunge to knee lift + press (left)
  6. 2 mountain climbers + 2 high knees
