Here we go – As Many Rounds As Possible – AMRAP! 4 Circuit with 3 exercises per circuit. You’ll be given a desired amount of reps to prefer for 4 mins for each exercise. Just keep repeating until the timer is done. You have the option of going at your own pace or moving with me – even if I’ve done 10 and you’ve done 8. Or I’ve done 10 and you’ve done 15 – whatever helps you keep on track. 

Circuit 1:

10 Reverse Lunges to knee drive press _ Right Side

10 Hinge Swings + Switches

10 Push Ups with Wide Step Climber

Circuit 2:

(10) Reverse Lunges to knee drive press – Left Side

(10) Wide Step squat step back 

(10) Bicep curls isolated holds

Circuit 3:

(10) Squat 45 degree press

(10) Staggered Row to Clean (left)

(10) Tricep kickbacks

Circuit 4:

(10) Deadlift Clean Press

(10) Staggered Row to Clean (right)

(10) Chest Press
