One of my favourites! A low impact kickboxing style workout in Pyramid format

6 exercises performed at 30 seconds each. Each round you add on 1 exercise (2 if it’s left and right) until you have all 6 exercises. Then you take off exercises until you’re back to 1.

  1. Beat downs + Low impact jacks
  2. Cross Body Cross fly
  3. Lateral Lunge Narrow Squat (L)
  4. Lateral Lunge Narrow Squat (R)
  5. Round outs Squat tap + Reach
  6. Squat kicks
