This workout is a Low Impact Strength Build workout. 3 Rounds with 8 exercises. Each round we add 5 seconds onto your active work and take off 5 seconds off your rest time. 40/20, 45/15 and 50/10

Workout tip: Start off with heavier weights and then decrease with each round. 

  1. Uneven rack squat + press (Right)
  2. Staggered squat clean + lunge (Right)
  3. Push-up row (Right)
  4. Alternating leg drop + tricep crusher
  5. Uneven rack squat + press (Left)
  6. Staggered squat clean + lunge (Left)
  7. Push-up row (Left)
  8. Deadlift clean squat + thruster
