Today’s low impact workout is in the style of Endurance. We start off with a longer 60 second round and make our way to a 30 second or even a rapid 20 seconds round. 7 Exercises, as the active work gets shorter – so does the rest time. 60-20, 40-15, 30-10, 20 rapid. 

  1. Squat Thrusters
  2. Reverse Lunge Bicep Curls
  3. Sumo Squat upright rows 
  4. Curtsy with L-fly
  5. Plank Rows
  6. Tricep Glute Bridges
  7. DB swings
