This workout is a Low Impact Pyramid workout. 6 exercises performed at 30 seconds each. Each round you add on 1 exercise (2 if it’s left and right) until you have all 6 exercises. Then you take off exercises until you’re back to 1.
- Deadlift Thruster
- Single arm row + curl + press (right)
- Single arm row + curl + press (left)
- Bridge Marches with tricep crushers
- Bow & Arrow
- Curtsy Flies
