Another great Sweat with this Build Workout.
7 exercises – 3 rounds. First round 40 seconds of active work with 20 seconds of rest time between each. Second round 45 seconds of active workout, 15 seconds of rest and final third round of 50 seconds of active work with only 10 seconds of rest between each.

- Push – Up + Bear Crawl Row
- Burpee Pick Up
- Curtsy L Fly
- Pop Down Jacks
- Weighted Deadbug
- Plank walk outs + Squat Curl + Press
