This workout is a HIIT (Cardio + Strength) Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) Workout. 

2 exercises per circuit – set the timer for 4 mins. Each minute you complete a circuit amount of reps – i.e. 4 squats, 4 burpees. Then rest for the remaining minute. Each minute we add on reps – rest time getting shorter. 

EMOM 1 (6, 8, 10, 12):

  1. Squat Single Arm Thrusters
  2. Pop Down Jacks

EMOM 2 (4, 6, 8, 10):

  1. Stationary lunge with single arm swing
  2. Squat twists 

EMOM 3 (4,6,8,10):

  1. Chest Press to triceps crusher
  2. Burpees

EMOM 4 (4,6,8,10)

  1. Deadlift thrusters
  2. Lateral hops with reach
