This workout is a HIIT (Cardio + Strength) Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) Workout.
2 exercises per circuit – set the timer for 4 mins. Each minute you complete a circuit amount of reps – i.e. 4 squats, 4 burpees. Then rest for the remaining minute. Each minute we add on reps – rest time getting shorter.
EMOM 1 (6, 8, 10, 12):
- Squat Single Arm Thrusters
- Pop Down Jacks
EMOM 2 (4, 6, 8, 10):
- Stationary lunge with single arm swing
- Squat twists
EMOM 3 (4,6,8,10):
- Chest Press to triceps crusher
- Burpees
EMOM 4 (4,6,8,10)
- Deadlift thrusters
- Lateral hops with reach
