HIIT + a Fun time Drop! 45 seconds, 40 seconds and 30 seconds

Try to make this a good test of your strength. Start with lighter – medium weights for the 45 seconds, medium for the 40 seconds and heavy for the 30 seconds. 7 Exercises. 

  1. Squat clean to reverse lunge – right side
  2. Left side
  3. Switch Lunges (cardio)
  4. Plank Rows
  5. 4 Mountain Climbers + 4 Plank Jacks (Cardio)
  6. Wide Squat Curls
  7. Burpees (Cardio)
