This workout is a HIIT Strength + HIIT Impact Circuit workout – each exercise is 30 seconds of active work followed by 10 seconds of rest – repeat each circuits 3x. 4 Circuits
- Squat Pulse + Switch (clean to shoulder)
- Forward Lunge with Swing
- Kneeling Rainbows
- Knee drives with twist
- Deadlift, Clean + Squat + Thrust
- Lateral jumps + clean
- Uneven Push up + 4 knee drive
- Forward jump + Upright Row Pop Down
- Single Side Over Head Pull Crunches
- Burpees with a Swing
