This workout is a HIIT Strength + HIIT Impact Circuit workout – each exercise is 30 seconds of active work followed by 10 seconds of rest – repeat each circuits 3x. 4 Circuits

  1. Squat Pulse + Switch (clean to shoulder)
  2. Forward Lunge with Swing
  1. Kneeling Rainbows
  2. Knee drives with twist
  1. Deadlift, Clean + Squat + Thrust
  2. Lateral jumps + clean
  1. Uneven Push up + 4 knee drive
  2. Forward jump + Upright Row Pop Down
  1. Single Side Over Head Pull Crunches
  2. Burpees with a Swing
