This workout is a HIIT (Cardio + Strength) Build workout. 3 Rounds with 8 exercises. Each round we add 5 seconds onto your active work and take off 5 seconds off your rest time. 40/20, 45/15 and 50/10

Workout tip: Start off with heavier weights and then decrease with each round. 

  1. 3 way row
  2. Side to side beatdowns
  3. Weighted dead bugs
  4. Push up + 4 pop presses
  5. Swing to forward lunge press
  6. Deadlift heel pop squat
  7. Fast feet + 2 burpees
