This workout is a HIIT (Cardio + Strength) Build workout. 3 Rounds with 8 exercises. Each round we add 5 seconds onto your active work and take off 5 seconds off your rest time. 40/20, 45/15 and 50/10
Workout tip: Start off with heavier weights and then decrease with each round.

- Side to side beatdowns
- Weighted dead bugs
- Push up + 4 pop presses
- Swing to forward lunge press
- Deadlift heel pop squat
- Fast feet + 2 burpees
