This workout is a HIIT (Cardio + Strength) Pyramid workout. 6 exercises performed at 30 seconds each. Each round you add on 1 exercise (2 if it’s left and right) until you have all 6 exercises. Then you take off exercises until you’re back to 1.

  1. Squat to alternating Arnold press 
  2. Side shuffle to knee drives
  3. Reverse lunge curl + press
  4. Stationary reverse lunge press + pulse
  5. Push up to pop up rows
  6. Split lunges
