Today’s workout is a Low Impact Upper Body Core Strength Endurance Workout. 

Tips to intensify workout –  If you have the options to vary your weights – opt for lighter weights for the 60 & 40 second rounds and then go heavy for the last 30 & 20 second rounds. 

7 Exercises in total. 4 Rounds (last round is a 20 second rapid round). 60, 40, 30 and 20 second intervals.
