August 11th 

This is a fun low impact Upper body + core workout – giving our legs a wee break 🙂

Each circuit has 4 exercises. Each exercise is completed for 1 min, with 20 rest between each. Another No Repeats workout 🙂

Circuit One

  1. Alternating single side lat raises 
  2. Overhead triceps extensions
  3. Step up curl + press
  4. Alternating single side Arnold presses

Circuit Two

  1. Reverse Lunge, rack, switch knee press
  2. Single deadlift + tap front + tap side (L)
  3. Single deadlift + tap front + tap side (R)
  4. Narrow Chest Press + Leg Drop

Circuit Three

  1. Alternating Hinge Rows + Double Rows
  2. Y Curls
  3. Step Up Rows
  4. 2 Rows + 2 cleans + 2 Presses

Circuit Four

  1. Pike to Spider Plank
  2. Chop Left
  3. Chop right
