This is a Cardio + Strength 45/10 Circuit Workout. 3-4 Exercises – If bilateral – repeat the move immediately for move 1. Move 2 & 3 no repeats. 

Circuit One

  1. Squat Up & Over  – repeat immediately 
  2. Chop + Press Single Arm – Left Arm
  3. Pop up to Single arm Press – Left Arm

Circuit Two

  1. Single leg deadlift Hinge + Row – Right
  2. Single leg deadlift Hinge + Row – Left 
  3. Chop + Press Single Arm – Right Arm
  4. Pop Up to Single Arm Press – Right Arm

Circuit Three

  1. Staggered Lunge Suitcase Arms x 2 – Knee Drive (Right) + 2 balance Hammer Curls
  2. Staggered Lunge Suitcase Arms x 2 – Knee Drive (Right) + 2 balance Hammer Curls
  3. One Push-up + Drag weight with right
  4. Pop Up with a Push Up

Circuit Four

  1. Lateral Lunge with Knee Drive – Right
  2. Lateral Lunge with Knee Drive – Left
  3. Skull Crushers with Alternating Lower Leg Drop
  4. Pop up Tricep Extension

Circuit Five

  1. Deadlift to Clean Squat – Repeat Immediately
  2. Plank Knee Drives
  3. Pop Up to 4 high Knees
