This workout is a low impact upper body core pyramid. 6 exercises performed at 30 seconds each. Each round you add on 1 exercise (2 if it’s left and right) until you have all 6 exercises. Then you take off exercises until you’re back to 1.
- Chest press from floor
- Kneeling chop arnold press (Right)
- Kneeling chop arnold press (Left)
- Plank Tricep Extensions
- Reverse Curl + Slow Hammer Curl down
- Plank Rows step up to row, curl and press
