This workout is a low impact upper body core pyramid. 6 exercises performed at 30 seconds each. Each round you add on 1 exercise (2 if it’s left and right) until you have all 6 exercises. Then you take off exercises until you’re back to 1.

  1. Chest press from floor
  2. Kneeling chop arnold press (Right)
  3. Kneeling chop arnold press (Left)
  4. Plank Tricep Extensions
  5. Reverse Curl + Slow Hammer Curl down
  6. Plank Rows step up to row, curl and press
