Strength + Kickboxing Cardio Workout

Circuit One: Lower body

1. Single Arm Hinge Swing + Squat Thruster (R)

2. Narrow Deadlift to Lateral Lunge (R)

3. Reverse Lunge Hold Press (R)

-> Repeat again left side

Cardio KickBoxing

1. DB pick up Pivot and Kick (R)

2. Front Press + Rear Kick

Bob & Weave 30 seconds

1. Side Plank Crunch + Kick

2. Left Side

X 2

Circuit Two: Upper Body

1. 20 seconds back rows

1. 20 seconds half curls

X 2

2. 20 seconds push ups

2. 20 second sear alternating thrusters

X 2

3. 40 seconds tricep crushers

X2

Cardio Kickboxing

1. 4 high knees + 4 jabs

2. Jab, hook, upper cut, speed back

3. Elbow Block + Jab

Repeat x 2 other side

Finisher – Shuffle to beat downs and repeater beat downs
