Build HIIT Workout

We’re using one weight – so choose (if it’s an option) and heavy and medium heavy for yourself) for example – I used 12 and 10lbs today. I feel likeI could have gone heavier when I used the 12s – but when I used the 10s together – it was good lol!

1. Goblet Squats

2. Weighted Skater Hops

3. Row + Clean – Right

4. Row + Clean – Left

5. Burpee + Hammer Curls

6. 1/2 Get Up – Right

7. 1/2 Get up – Left

8. Mountain Climbers

9. Curstys + Thrusters

10. Burpees + Swings
