  3. Alternating Arnold Presses
  4. Lateral Lunge to Curtsy Squat (R)
  5. Lateral Lunge to Curtsy Squat (L)
  6. Push Presses
  7. Reverse Lunge, Tricep Over Head Pull + Knee Drives
