Circuit Two: Upper Body

  1. Reverse Grip Around the World
  2. Hammer Curl + Shoulder Press
  3. Back Rows

Circuit Three: Core

  1. Standing Side Crunch (R)
  2. 1/2 Squat Double Swings
  3. Standing Side Crunch (L)

Circuit Four: Full Body

  1. Racked Step Out Squats
  2. Tricep Extensions
  3. Squat Pivot Press (alt L & R)
